How much does shipping cost?
Free Standard Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over USD 150 | EUR 100 | CHF 80. All applicable duties and taxes are pre-paid for your convenience.
Standard Delivery
For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of USD 7 | EUR 7 | CHF 5 applies. This fee is all-inclusive, with all applicable duties and taxes pre-paid for your convenience.
Why is there a minimum of two straps for United States orders?
In light of recent international tariff updates, we currently require a minimum of two straps for all United States orders. This standard allows us to navigate new customs protocols on your behalf, ensuring a seamless and expedited delivery experience for our US-based clients
What are your shipping methods?
We pick a regional top partner for all deliveries. Each shipment is conducted with delivery involving a signature to prevent theft in mailboxes.
When absent on delivery day, opt for alternative delivery methods on the providers website and search for options to reschedule, relay point drop-off, safe place drop-off, or authorize third-party pickup.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes upon delivery of my order (DDP)?
- United States & Canada:
All duties and custom fees are covered in the price of your order - a beneficial offer as a token of appreciation for your trust. The price you see at checkout is the final price, guaranteed.
- European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates:
The price you see is the final price. It always includes VAT and all local taxes, meaning there are no additional charges upon arrival.
- For all other regions:
If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you’ll have the option to pay it with the carrier provider upon delivery. Please note that in the event of a refund, duties, taxes, or related fees may not be refunded, depending on the country.

What is the typical duration for order delivery after placing an order?
Within Europe and the intercontinental United States, it will typically take 3-5 business days for you to receive your watch.
For other international orders, the time varies and will usually take 1 week.

The standard movement provides a solid, functional base that is accurate for everyday use, with an average rate of +/-12 seconds per day (and a maximum daily variation of +/-30 seconds), adjusted in two positions. The primary benefits are its durability and proven reliability.
What are the expected time accuracy (ETA) requirements for the device?
The official requirement for timekeeping accuracy is a deviation of $\pm 12$ seconds per day, resulting in a total allowable range of 0 to +24 seconds/day.
However, please note that the devices have been calibrated to achieve better performance than this standard requirement.
