For deliveries to EU consumers, unless otherwise agreed, delivery is a maximum of 30 days. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant delays.
6.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are added to deliveries and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process. For orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., CHF 500), free shipping may apply, as indicated on the Website.
6.4. Customs & Import Duties (for international orders): For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT, and other fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will specify if the delivery is DAP (Delivered at Place) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where DDP means Tate Wade LLC covers all import duties and taxes. If not DDP, you will be responsible for these charges upon receipt.
6.5. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries: You must report any delivery damage, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries to Tate Wade LLC within fifteen (15) calendar days from the time of collection or delivery. Please do not put a damaged product into operation and keep it in its original packaging. Follow our instructions for returns under your personal customer account.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. For Swiss Customers: Swiss law generally does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal or return once an order has been placed for online purchases. However, Tate Wade LLC, committed to customer satisfaction, offers a voluntary 15 - day right of return from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Specific return instructions will be provided on the Website. The cost of return shipping is generally borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
7.2. For EU Customers: If you are a consumer domiciled in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 15 calendar days from the day you received the last product of your order.
7.3. Exercising the Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement in an email to our contact details provided in Section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our Website, but it is not obligatory.
- Return of Goods: You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 15 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 15 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 15 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
- Condition of Goods: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, or sealed audio/video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
8. Warranty
8.1. For Swiss Customers: If a product presents a defect or does not offer the promised characteristics, the buyer has a two-year warranty period from the date of delivery to file a warranty claim. Swiss law generally provides for termination of the contract (Art. 208 CO) or a refund of the decrease in value (Art. 205 CO). We will endeavor to repair or replace the faulty product.
8.2. For EU Customers: As a consumer purchasing from within the EU, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of two years from the date of delivery. During this period, you may request repair or replacement of the faulty product. If repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a contract termination (refund). If the defect is discovered within the first 12 months after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase.
8.3. Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with details of the defect and proof of purchase. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. The cost of shipping for a valid warranty claim will be borne by Tate Wade LLC.
